Returns Policy
I want you to love your purchase from www.beuniquebyemma.com However if your purchase is not as you hoped You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return full price items for refund or exchange (refunds are only for online purchases- and does not apply to purchases in shop) however sale items must be returned with 7 days of purchase, after this time you will be issued a credit note for the currently selling price of the item.
I can process an electronic gift card that can be spent online or alternatively you can have a refund.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach the shop, so please make sure its packaged appropriately and cannot get damaged on transit. I recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items.
All items must be returned with all tags intact and unworn. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, I will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.
